Pics like a mirrow to my emotions

/Shout out your emotions

Shout Out Your Emotions was originally a blog I created to give an explanation and an order to my photos. They are pics like a mirrow to my emotions. Pics of graffiti, stencil, derelict places, doors and windows, arches and buildings, trees and nature, cemeteries and spiritual places, everything that captures my attention because it arises in me strong, deep and coloful emotions. All seen and rewritten by me throw my lenses and/or grafic modifications. In this world I can see we have a need to shout out our emotions and we have to find a way to do it because the words are not always enough, not always allowed and very easily misundestood.

There are 4 main subjects:

1) Architecture that includes derelict places, doors and windows, arches and buildings

2) Trees and nature

3) Cemeteries and spiritual places

4) Graffiti and stencils that include Women, Children, Monsters/Aliens/Robots and Toasters

                               1)

Images of Derelict PlacesWindows, Doors, Buildings and Arches always attracted my attention.

“Derelict” because created and destroyed by humans or just forgotten by them. Derelict places have an enormous meaning hidden inside them that is a ghost like meaning. Ghosts because the souls of the people that inhabit those places are still there.

I love architecture photos because I see them like the expression of the feelings of a whole society.

In particular I see doors and windows like the representation of the “passage”. The passage between life and death or whatever passage during life and because of this they are very connected with the idea of “change”.They are the doors or the windows you meet before the change, the salvation, the illumination or the death.

                                  2)

Life and death expressed through Trees and Nature.

Trees are ancient, silent and still.

By gazing at a tree or specific aspect of nature, you begin to feel a different perception of time and space.

They are always alive and forever dead.

                                3)

I love Spiritual places and in particular Cemeteries because they are places of peace, light and silence.

I have never felt alone in a cemetery, souls and magic are all around.

                                                                                                4)

Through the years I collected many Graffiti and Stencil photos. I like street art because it really represent the emotions of the people, those emotions that cannot be told but only drawn in a wall to be seen and understood from us to better comprehend our condition and accept our destiny.

There are 4 main subject and some of them are connected such as when you see a pic of a child monster or of a woman robot.

Women because they inspire in general more art than men.

There is still a lot to say about women in these years. In some part of the world they are still persecuted. Women that still have to fight, that still have to suffer to be free and that are judged. Women that have nothing to ask to men, warriors and rebels. But also witches women, women like the symbol of sin. There is a lot to say about them and a lot of pics are everywhere, done probably from a woman or from a man that met some of them and understood their real nature.

Images of Children bring a deep message with them. They are angry, sad, they are like the adults, horrible and mean, they have wrinkles and they bring weapons, they are scary. In these clever representations the meaning is clear: children are the symbol of purity, ingenuity but in the world we live there is no more space for them, they are forced to grow up soon, to loose all their naivety. We are destroying our children and turning them into monsters.

Pictures of  Monsters Robots and Aliens are everywhere. The meaning is strong, they portray the world of today, the robotized life we live. We are mutating in something that is not human anymore and we live in era of wars and monsters that want to kill ourselves, the era of the aliens.

Many people believe in aliens, they have been seen, they show up to humans and they will come at the end of this world.

I don't believe in aliens or monsters, I believe in the representations of these feelings and I have respect for them.

The representation of the man like a machine it's great, I have always fought against this terrible condition we're turning.

The first time I saw a Toaster graffiti I liked it very much because of the image in itself but also because I immediately understood its meaning or anyway I gave a meaning to it straight away.
The message this image want to communicate to me is clear: the Toaster is the government, the system, we are the toasts, slices of bread to be toasted in the toaster.
Cynic representation, but one of the thousands political representations you can see in London.
I saw some of them outside Uk, they are probably everywhere.

They bring a negative message but they are very happy and colorful images that inspire us not to surrender and to fight for our freedom.
